Your Total Care Package

We want your new blinds to be a memorable experience. That is why you will have our support not only during the selection process of buying your new blinds, but after you are already enjoying them.

With this in mind, we are excited to give our customers a special after-sales care  package that includes 3 calls/visits to take care of your blinds and keep them working as new, so that you can always feel proud of your home!

You do not have to do anything, for your peace of mind, we will call you at 3, 6 and 12 months after you have bought your blinds, to check your blinds are in good working order. Should you have any issue with them, we will book a time for one of our experts to visit you and restore the blinds to how you expected them to function. A straightforward process and a straightforward promise.

You can rely on our expert and professional installers and aftercare team – at The Blinds Experience we believe that you shouldn’t need to be a DIY expert to have your blinds looking great for years.  

This is not in place of a warranty, you still have your product warranty on top of this package. This is additional peace of mind for you and a reassurance that you count on us to have a memorable experience.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This care package does not include cleaning. For instructions on how to clean your blinds please refer to our Resource center webpage. 
  • Incorrect use of the blinds might exclude the warranty and total care package and could incur a cost for the repair.
  • The total care package visits are only available in the Auckland and Greater Auckland regions.
